The Large White Pig is a large breed, and also as its name indicates the body of this breed is long. Usually, the males of this breed are larger both in size and weight, than the females of this breed.

The males weigh between 350 and 380 kg. While the females of this breed weigh between 260 and 300 Kg. Unlike the medium breed, this breed has a broad face, and the snout is long.

The back is completely straight, from the head to the thighs. Both the hind legs and front have the same height, and are somewhat thin, with good muscles.

The ears of this breed are directed upwards, but they are pointing to the sides, and are of medium size.

The tail is short, thin and has a small curl up. While the coat of this breed is light in color, both white and beige can be seen.

The fur is short and very close to the body of the animal, in addition, that the hair of this breed is very fine.

Another characteristic of the body of this breed is that it has very thick bones. In general, females have 7 pairs of tits.

The females of this breed have good maternal instincts. In addition, they have large litters, also keep their young for 5 or 6 weeks with lactation.

So that the young have a good survival rate once the lactation is over, in addition, they acquire a good weight.
